Returns & Exchanges

We offer 100% money back returns on all of our socks. However, we do not accept any returns on our customization tool unless it is indeed our mistake. Team orders and bulk orders are also not included in our 100% money back guarantee.

All socks go under multiple quality checks before they are sent to you, however we are human and it is possible that we make a mistake sometimes. If this happens, just simply shoot us an email with an image of the mistake, or a simple description and we will make sure someone on our team is sure that you are satisfied with your order.

All returns must include the invoice, as well as the original packaging that came with the socks. We ask that you cover the return shipping. Make sure to attain a tracking number so you are able to track the socks and make sure they made their way back to us.

If you have any questions about returns or exchanges please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Care instructions

These aren’t your everyday socks, these are special socks, so it is important that you treat them that way to ensure they hold up to the quality and keep their color vibrancy. It is highly recommended to wash these socks inside out in cold water, avoiding the use of any bleaches, or detergents with bleach in them. When it comes to drying the socks, heat hurts. If possible, set them outside in the sun for a while to air dry, or turn the heat to the lowest setting on your drier and allow for the socks to air dry.

  1. Turn inside out.
  2. Wash them in cold water avoiding the use of bleaches. Fabric softener is ok.
  3. Air dry them/ tumble dry on the lowest possible heat settings.

Following these steps will result in keeping the highest quality prints. Like your favorite T-shirt, these socks may fade over time, especially if you do not follow the washing instructions.

Machine wash inside-out, avoiding bleaches. Hang/tumble dry on low heat to avoid fading colors.

The process of sublimation is a special process that results in no two socks being the exact same. It is possible that logos, designs, images, or any other art added to the socks can be moved, placed, or shifted during the pressing process. Because this is out of our control, we can't guarantee that your design will be the exact same as it is in the preview, however we do our best to make sure that it is as close as possible.

Payments

We accept all forms of payment through our website or PayPal. All payments are processed through a 3rd party, and we will never see any of your information besides address, and your email.

The Process

We create our socks through a process called dye sublimation. This technology provides us to create clear, high quality designs on socks, with really no limits to the designer (you).

We start with a blank white sock which we call our canvas. You then choose a design we have created for your canvas, or you may create your own design with our customization tool. After you have picked or created your design, we then sublimate the socks with a heat press. We pre-stretch all of our socks to avoid as many white lines as possible when the socks are being worn.

Using high resolution images is the key to a more vibrant colored sock.
